for any TLDs domain registration if you are registering from Mero Hosting which domain are you buying in the offer or without the offer after registering your domain charge will not be refunded after Registered,
For Domain Renewal
you need to pay the renewal charge before the expiration end.
after domain expiration, you can renew your domain at in normal rate.
domain expiration renewal validity date is an expiration date of 25 days.
Domain renewal charge is not the same, as per ican if globally increase the price of domain renewal domain price is also affected domain renewal charge.
A domain expired, a Recovery domain,
if your domain name is not renewed between the domain expiration date and your domain name is in the redemption period then you want to recover a domain. then must pay domain recovery( restoration ) charges, after the payment of the charges your domain will be recovered within 0 to 7 days. and the domain will be active on your Merohosting dashboard.
For Domain Transfer out.
you can only request your domain transfer epp code which domain must be one year old from registering date on Mero Hosting.
after one year also must be 3 month before expiration date you can request for epp/Auth code.if you want to get anyhow eppcode. then must pay the renewal charge for a domain that wants to get an epp code. then after you can get your domain epp code. and renewal charge not be added and any affection on renewal.
your domain name of ID protection, registrar lock is disabled automatically,
your domain transfer out validity is between after initiated from your new registrar taken 5 to 7 days for successfully transfer out from Mero Hosting to your new Registrar
Domain Transfer IN.
if your domain transfer In is canceled then you will get a refund of the domain transfer charges in your wallet immediately,
domain transfer in is progress then 7 to 12 days will take for the domain transfer to be successful from the registrar,
For Cpanel Hosting :
if you want to get a refund of your taken Hosting from Mero Hosting, you must Request for cancellation within 7 days,
your Refund amount will be sent to your requested wallet,
The refund time frame takes one to 7days
after cancellation, your Hosted data will be automatically deleted,
if you Register a domain with Hosting then the Domain registration charge is deducted from your total amount and the remaining amount will be Refund,
Stack cp Hosting
if you want to get a refund of your taken Stack cp Hosting from Mero Hosting, you must Request for cancellation within 7 days,
your Refund amount will be sent to your requested wallet,
The refund time frame takes one to 7days
after cancellation, your Hosted data will be automatically deleted,
if you Register a domain with Hosting then the Domain registration charge is deducted from your total amount and the remaining amount will be Refund,
Reseller Hosting
if you want to get a refund of your taken Reseller Hosting from Mero Hosting, you must Request for cancellation within 7 days,
your Refund amount will be sent to your requested wallet,
The refund time frame takes one to 7days
after cancellation, your Hosted data will be automatically deleted,
if you Register a domain with Hosting then the Domain registration charge is deducted from your total amount and the remaining amount will be Refund,
Master Reseller Hosting
if you want to get a refund of your taken Master Reseller Hosting from Mero Hosting, you must Request for cancellation within 7 days,
Delivery of Services
Immediately upon successful payment you will receive an automated receipt from our systems. Please print and retain a copy of this and retain in a safe place for future reference.
Your unique email will be on this receipt and should be used for any enquires to Mero Hosting.Please note that we aim to deliver all goods as soon as the signup is complete.
